Welcome to Scarecrow. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Order Acceptance & Production

1.1 All orders are subject to availability and final acceptance by Scarecrow. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to policy-violating design content, pricing errors, or product supply issues. 1.2 Once full payment is confirmed, your custom order will enter production based on the designs, images and specifications you submit. Before submitting your order, you are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of all custom content. 1.3 Minor design adjustments or content revisions are only allowed before production starts. Once production begins, no further changes to the order can be made.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD), excluding import duties, taxes and customs fees, which shall be borne by the buyer. 2.2 We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect paid and confirmed orders. 2.3 Orders will only be processed and scheduled for production after full payment is received. 2.4 Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store or retain complete payment card information on our servers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 We offer shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, logistics delays or other factors beyond our control. 3.2 Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. 3.3 All import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot control these fees and cannot predict their exact amount.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Since all products are printed individually for each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for non-quality issues, including but not limited to change of mind, personal dislike of design, wrong size selection. 4.2 Claims are only accepted if items have manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days after receipt, together with order number, photos of defective goods and original package photos. 4.3 If the issue is verified as our quality fault, we may choose to re-produce the product free of charge, or offer full / partial refund as appropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The customer warrants that all images, patterns, logos and materials submitted to Scarecrow hold full copyright or authorization, and will not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. 5.2 The customer shall bear all legal liabilities arising from uploading infringing materials. Scarecrow is not responsible for copyright disputes caused by design materials provided by customers.

6. Website Use

6.1 You may not use this website for any illegal, infringing or malicious acts to damage the website system. 6.2 Scarecrow reserves the right to modify website content, suspend or shut down website services at any time.

7. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Revised terms take effect once published on this page. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
