Custom Canvas Artworks

All canvas prints and custom decorative paintings are custom-made products. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply due to change of mind, wrong uploaded images, incorrect size selection or customer’s design mistakes. Please carefully confirm your artwork pattern, size, frame style and shipping information before checkout. We can send pre-production preview for your approval before manufacturing.

Quality Issues

If your received items have manufacturing defects, paint flaws or damage caused during shipment, please contact us via email within 7 calendar days after delivery. To file a claim, please prepare:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of defective products
  • Photos of original package

After verification, we will offer free re-production, or full / partial refund to your original payment method.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment account. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for funds to show in your account.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours after placement, before production starts. Once production has begun, order cancellation will not be available. Please contact us with your order number for cancellation requests.
